To be honest there is nothing special about the sofa in the above picture, but what if I told you that it is made of recycled paper! Zebra print may be out of fashion but this method of recycling paper is certainly in. Mathia Bengtsson put together scraps of recycled paper and made this chic sofa.
This sofa will compliment almost any kind of home decoré and will definitely garner plenty ‘WOWs’ from your friends. This optical illusion look has been handcrafted by the designer and she took the pains of assembling the scraps of paper and creating the skeleton of this sofa.
She has not decided if she wants to sell this off or keep it, but from the looks of it all I can say is she wants to revel in the glory of having made such a magnificent structure from rags. Though we all know that no zebra was killed, but she still went ahead and cleared it up, just for the record!
Now that the idea of optical illusion is out, you better be careful while grabbing a seat at your friend’s cocktail party, you do not want to fall down and make an awful impression!
