It's a case of nine times lucky for Hollywood legend Dame Elizabeth Taylor, who appears to be preparing for yet another marriage.
Taylor - whose past husbands include Conrad Hilton jnr and actor Richard Burton - is reportedly set to marry her long-time companion Jason Winters, a Los Angeles-based talent agent.
At 49, Winters, who has Janet Jackson on his books, is 29 years younger than Taylor, who once described him "one of the most wonderful men I've ever known".
Rumours of the couple's engagement came after Us Weekly magazine quoted a source as saying: "It's no secret that they've been together forever and are in love, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they were engaged. Right now they are keeping it between them," the magazine reported.
Taylor's agent, Dick Guttman, did little to end the speculation, telling Access Hollywood: "We generally don't respond to queries regarding her relationship status, but it is well known and documented that they have been together for some time."
A long list of health problems has made Taylor, 78, wheelchair bound, but she is still seen around Hollywood regularly.
Her last marriage was to builder Larry Fortensky in 1996.
