Lindsay Lohan did not attend one of her court-ordered alcohol education sessions on Sunday.
"Lindsay wanted to go to class today. She had every intention of going, but the staff at the program were unable to accommodate her," a source close to the actress tells media. "The head of the program had a prior commitment to attend a graduation, and that's who Lindsay sees.

Lindsay and her powerhouse attorney Shawn Chapman Holley will be back in front of Judge Marsha Revel Monday morning in Beverly Hills. It's expected that a probation violation hearing will be scheduled, and that Judge Revel will formally tell Lilo that she is not to consume alcohol, is to wear a SCRAM monitoring bracelet, and undergo random drug testing, pending the hearing.
Lindsay's lawyer arranged for the posting of Lindsay's $100,000 bail last week, avoiding an arrest when Lindsay landed back at LAX from Cannes.

Shawn Chapman Holley pointed out last week that Lindsay is in substantial compliance with terms of her probation, having completed 10 of 13 classes, and Lindsay is on track to finish on time in July.
Lindsay's cause was also bolstered by the good progress report she received from the program. However, Judge Revel seemed unimpressed, as Lindsay didn't follow her order to attend the class once a week.
