Cheryl Cole has dropped her surname on her website's official merchandise.
The 26-year-old singer, who recently confirmed her divorce from Ashley Cole, apparently wanted to be referred to as Cheryl Tweedy in the future.
On the day of the announcement, the star's official website ditched her last name on all new items.
Meanwhile, a source told the Daily Star today: "Cheryl approved the merchandise months ago before any of the marriage problems exploded.
"But after she decided that she was definitely going to divorce him, it would have been strange to release it still emblazoned with his name all over it.
"So they had to make a decision to remove her surname, especially after they knew it would hit her website on that particular day."
However, a spokesperson said: "We have no comment to make regarding the merchandise. With regards to her name, no decision has been made about this yet."
