Fresh off of some exciting news announced earlier in the morning, Selena Gomez was spotted out at Providence Hospital in Los Angeles, CA on Monday (September 26).
The barefaced "We Own the Night" beauty shyly covered her face as she and a friend made their way past paparazzi following the medical center outing.
As for the big news, Miss Gomez has been announced as the host of the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards - which will take place at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland on November 6th.
Of the honor, Selena happily tweeted, “I’m so excited to be the host of the 2011 MTV EMA – it’s a dream come true!”
