She’s a woman of action, and Lady Gaga made sure to bring up the subject of bullying while attending the $38,500-a-couple fundraiser event for President Barack Obama over the weekend.
Mother Monster thanked the President for his work on bullying so far and then made a “general plea” to everyone in the room to help prevent kids from being bullied.
Gaga was intense regarding the subject in light of the suicide of Jamey Rodemeyer, a homosexual teen who endured years of suffering before he ended his own life at age 14.
The “Bad Romance” babe also tweeted, "The past days I've spent reflecting, crying, and yelling. I have so much anger. It is hard to feel love when cruelty takes someone's life.... [Bullying] must become illegal. It is a hate crime."
